The property was very Impressive. Right from the grand entrance, the welcoming staff, smooth security checkup, speedy registration was efficiently managed and Supervised. The hospitality of the entire staff was amazing. Thanks to cheerful chirpy Ms Semontika for the detailed briefing, enthusiastic tour and showing the way to the room. The staff on call was proactive and helpful and went out of the way to present a bouquet of suggestions and the most recommended option.

Excellent hospitality , very welcoming If you are looking for an Indian vibe hotel I assure you that you will have it here Sea view room is amazing Their Indian restaurant is also must to try They had some Indian spirit musicians coming which was just magical . Somontika is one of the staff that was very helpful and welcoming .

Am really satisfied and it was very nice stay the gym, the spa , the room , break fast great hospitality starting from reception to room service and specially the Host Ladya are very grateful and am really happy about my stay and it was really Good stay

Food is good. Ample varieties. Especially fruits in breakfast buffet are many! Stay is good. We got beach view one. Definitely recommended. Overall we are happy with the stay and looking forward to visit again to leela palace. Spl regard to semontika and samrat

The room was excellent and the spa facilities were awesome… the staff were so kind and welcoming…Ms. Semontika was welcoming and helpmed throughout the checkout process…my room was always neat and cleaned up each and every time i came in… one of the best breakfast buffet. The buffet had a large variety of options to choose from and had a lot of live counters too.
