As usual the citrus was a fantastic and a great experience. Food was divine and the service as usual was par above excellence. Ashish and aakash were extremely efficient in service and manager mangesh and captain sukesh were outstanding. Hats off to the chefs for creating sch a wonderful buffet .the best in town.

Wow, one of the fanciest hotels I have stayed in. Staff great, food great, nothing to complain except the pricing in INR. Lovely experience, if I could afford it, would do it again. Staff is courteous, patient and very knowledgable. Morning buffet is great, but not as good as I thought it would be. The serving staff, the cleaning staff all amazing, well trained and treat you very well.

My husband and I travel together to Mumbai often for work and I must say out of all my stays so far, hospitality at The Leela Mumbai has been the best! Credit for this goes to Miss Devina Thapliyal! Her warmth is unmatched. We met her during our first stay at the hotel and she remembered us during our next stay making sure we were most comfortable. With our schedule being so hectic, we are usually sleep deprived and Devina took care of things for us that it just felt like we were at home. Her attention to small details and empathetic approach towards attending her guests truly makes her the star at the hotel. We have stopped bothering ourselves with even looking for other options as we feel so comfortable at the property. Thank you so much!
