Generally a good stay. Gary in the reception was so nice and helped me out. Thanks Gary! He secured this hotel an extra star for sure. Room service rang my door 5 times. I’ve never felt such a rush to get out - basically felt like they wanted to just get me out. Otherwise the hotel is nice - could be nicer with some more amenities.

Gary (at registration) welcome us with the utmost professionalism, warmth and respect- we immediately felt at home. The art is amazing and so tastefully cool. Our room was gorgeous… clean, neat, sophisticated. This property will be our mandatory stay whenever we travel to Houston.

For my birthday celebration, my friends and I decided to experience the Lancaster High Tea. Just the week before, I had indulged in High Tea at Kensington in London. Surprisingly, the experience at Lancaster Hotel surpassed even that of Kensington! Every aspect of it was truly exceptional.

Mark was the hottest attendant that I’ve ever seen.. very charming . Amy was super sweet and well informed on the tea selections. Kate and John were also very attentive. The whole experience was top tier. I’m from MS and I don’t know when we will be back, but this is definitely on my list of things to do while in town. If you haven’t been to tea time you’re definitely missing an experience.

Totally top shelf experience from the doormen (Sam) and the manager (Allen) was so gracious and on top of everything. The meal we had and the bar service were absolutely enchanting. Then there is the Lancaster itself. From its classical stately exterior and an interior that is a beautiful backdrop to a museum quality art collection. Truly a memorable stay. I highly recommend the Lancaster Hotel.
