Room was very clean, Mr. Ravi, Mr. Ankit, Mr. Abhishek and Ms. Pushpa Rawat have done a wonderful job! Everything was in order, the supplies were stocked regularly. The response by staff was prompt and their demeanor was extremely cordial.

This was my first visit to Delhi and The Lalit New Delhi hotel. I would recommend and return there again. I was traveling for work but took the time to visit the sites. The hotel and on-site restaurants were excellent and what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel in the United States. The exceptional service is worth noting. I had several errands to run before my airport drop-off. The concierge service was very accommodating and arranged a driver for me. His name is Mukesh Chaudhary. Mukesh was professional and took care of every detail. I spoke to him about the list of errands and airport drop-off time and he set the schedule and itinerary. I did not think we'd have enough time to squeeze everything in but he managed to schedule it all and took into account the traffic. I was impressed with the level of detail and professionalism. Mukesh also shared stories about the city and how it has grown over the years. He also pointed out sites of interest as we were driving around. I'm returning to India in the summer for a wedding and I will return to the hotel specifically to request Mukesh as my driver to help navigate the wedding festivities and sightseeing.
