Room Conditions - Average Lots of Mosquitoes and Bed Bugs Linen and Upholstery was dirty No Restaurant - Only Room Service available Worst Part - there is no Lift - so Very difficult for Senior citizens to climb the stairs. They should seriously look at renovating and improving their services-

Visited on official trip for ONGC in Dec, 2018. Online reviews were not very good of the property and they turned out to be correct. Highness hotel is on the main national highway and you can hear the trucks zipping by in the night from your room. Complimentary breakfast is pathetic. Two things on menu on both the days of my stay. Who eats spicy cold pulav in the breakfast? Tea is served in disposable glasses. There was no electric kettle or hangars in the wardrobe or glasses in the room. Could see mosquitoes and couple of roaches freely moving around. Towels were not very clean. Mr Kunjal Rao was very cooperative and tried to troubleshoot most of the issues. However, we called reception 15 times after check in and all calls were attended. Still it was very irritating to call for every small expected thing in the room. Room service of food was very quick. Still overall I would recommend to avoid it.

Never stay in this hotel. This is the worst hotel and most incooperative staff. They ditch guest after promising something. I called at 7 pm to arrange cake for my sister who is staying in highness today and they promised they will do. But they didn't call till 9.30 to say they cant do it. Rather they didn pick call in the mean time. They said no they cant do it at 9.30 when all d shops r closed. and they were so rude to me.

We stayed here for two nights. Our room seemed like it had not been used for a long time and was not cleaned since then apart from having somewhat clean sheets put on. I'm pretty tolerant of different standards, and have travelled all over the world, but this room was way beyond any level of acceptable. Every single surface was dusty, dirty, grimy and had caked on grot. The toilet was dirty, soap scum encrusted shower screen, hair and dirt in the plug hole, toothpaste all over the mirror and taps. Even the rolls of toilet paper had leaves, dirt and cobwebs attached. I did a once over with a towel (which came out black) and then we called the staff to change the sheets and clean the bathroom. A man and a boy arrived to do the cleaning. The man, (assuming senior staff) looked pretty horrified at the state of the room and got the boy onto cleaning it. However the boy (around 15 years old) didn't have a good idea of how to clean, and left to his own devices did a pretty poor job of just wiping a few areas. We had to ask him to clean the plug hole and wipe the grime off the screen. It was still very substandard but we could live with it so didn't press the matter further. The hotel seems to get mixed reviews so perhaps you can get lucky and get a clean room. But I would not recommend this place at all based on our experience.

As a business traveler, I was disappointed with their restaurant timings. They need to make food available to their guests at more flexible hours if they want to cater to business travelers. Secondly, the waiters are not well trained. They need to improve upon their conduct and service. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Rooms are neat and clean and spacious.
