Rooms: Spacious, sleep quality was okay. Staff: The housekeeping staff was courteous, gentle, helpful. The front desk staff was also good. Room service: good. Room was not in good condition. Initially we were allotted room no 204 but there was some electricity issue. then they offered room no 208 and in that room, bathroom curtains were broken and they have used bed sheets to cover that. breakfast menu was average. Dinner menu was average. same menu was getting repeated (paneer and potatoes)

Very good food, served hot. Rooms were spacious n clean . staff was very humble n service was very nice.........view from room was very nice...... had a great experience. Its a good property to be recommended to people who vist leh.

We stayed at Grand Ladakh in September 2021. Mr Sonam - owner of Hotel is very helpful person. He arranged free pickup drop to Airport. Room was awesome offering the best view of hills and surrounding. Hot water facility available for 24 hour's. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was awesome. On our request, he arranged cab for further travel to Pangong Nubra valley. On the last day, my friend has diarrhea and Mr. Sonam helped us to get medicine at midnight and early morning. He helped us in great manners. Thank you once again Mr Sonam for making our stay at Leh pleasant.

Awful! We booked this hotel and then was informed that it was closed for the season. After a dozen attempts to receive a refund, that was promised three times, we never did. They eventually stopped answering the phone. I hate to write this review, but we were blatantly ROBBED.

Smiling Service with Reasonable Cost

First credit goes to Prachi, a Manager in the Hotel, with her smiling Hospitality and attend all the requirements of the Guest and make them to feel comfortable. Next credit goes to Room attender, their speed service. Breakfast - let them increase the no. of items, evening dinner - they provide variety of items. due to the power cut, they used to operate with Gen Set. Hot water is 24 hours, not a Solar - they provide the water heater so no problem for hot water.
