The room was extremely clean, spacious and hygienic along with the comfortable bed. Front desk staff and Housekeeping guys are very nice and well behaved.They all are very helpful, polite and friendly. Overall i realy liked my stay here and would definitely want to come here next time as well.

Had a great stay at Hotel Grand Inn Hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff is courteous and helpful. Housekeeping guys are friendly and professional they are prompt in service Happy with the service. Rooms are neat, clean and tidy. Hygiene level is good. overall stay was good i will recommend this hotel to my friends we will surely visit again

Very good hotel in the middle of the city. Close to the market. Staff were really good at reception and house keeping. Ideal room for a small family within your budget. Staff helped in directing good places to see nearby and also arranged for a rental car. Good luck guys VM

The Hotel is nice and spacious. Clean. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are road facing. The best i liked was the very spacious and comfortable rooms. Any service requested was made available at a very reasonable cost. I recommend this Hotel in Ratnagiri

Hotel is centrally located on the main road itself. Room size was quite big and the tariff very genuine. Food was good and service prompt. Staff was courteous and quick. Overall great value for money.
