Hosted my son's wedding reception at this wonderful hotel. Certainly the BEST in Asansol. I would like to say 5 star hotel with 7 star service. Had booked 35 rooms for 4 days. All meals served were outstanding. Ample choice for breakfast. Reception dinner exceptional. Housekeeping was impeccable. A big thank you to the owner Mr.A. Singh and his team. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mr Ali and Sourav the head chef. Very polite and courteous staff. We are so glad and proud that we have a hotel of this standard in Asansol. THANK YOU.

I had family get together in this Hotel. I stayed 6 days in the executive room. Plus I booked 4 luxury and 2 executive rooms for the family members to stay. I booked all the rooms with breakfast. The breakfast has lot of varieties (indian, western, veg, non-veg) . The breakfast is very very tasty. I had lunch and dinner for the families as well. whatever food we ordered all the food are awesome and I can say best food in Asansol.

Breakfast is too bad specially if you are a vegetarian.. you are left with no options Except to hv sada dosa which sucked Even if you ask toasted bread they serve you burnt bread..rooms are fine.. housekeeping staff also fine..

Wow what a Beautiful Hotel, we really enjoyed every moment spent there , neat & clean , Rooms were luxurious ,Hot & cold water running all the time , food average , Breakfast excellent , servings & display attractive, As far as HOUSE KEEPING is concerned it was remarkable Particularly ❤️Mr.SHOWKEEN WANI ❤️was too good at house keeping always alert & ready as soon as asked for anything,having pretty good nature always smiling, I really appreciated him a lot.one more quality of 💖SHOWKEEN was that he is a good SINGER too ,loved listening to his songs.He is such a hard working person Hotel must be proud of him. Other staff also good and supportive,would love to come back & stay there once again also would prefer my relatives to visit there. All the best to hotel THE GRAND KAIZAR💐
