Great experience food was excellent, staff behaviour was very good, only in club house teniss rackets and bat ball not available due to corona effect otherwise cleaning was very nice and also room service was nice it was very pleasant stay with family

The interior of rooms are excellent and different from other hotels and all staffs are cooperative. I will recommend my friends and other people to stay at fern chembur and have great experience of foods and services they provide. It was a wonderful experience I have ever felt.

The place is very nice. Clean and well maintained. Staff are very courteous and friendly. It appears that the hotel has imbibed a good culture in the staff that all those with whom I interacted are polite. Professional approach. Yeah the room charges look a little expensive. But given the location and the other aspects like maintenance, quality of service, the price is perhaps justifiable.

Sachin at the front desk and Ermelina who made my reservations were fantastic. Right from the time I checked in until check out everyone at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I stayed there for 10 nights and will come back again later in the year. The service was phenomenal.
