Jagriti thakur, the receptionist was very professional and helpful. We had arrived earlier than our chechin time tired from our night travel but Ms. Jagriti was very considerate and helped us checkin withing an hour. The first thing that impressed me while entering the hotel was the hotel guard Mr. Suresh who rushed to help us unload the luggage and again in the evening, It was raining, he immediately came with two umbrellas to assist us.

My stay at itc dharmshala was amezing. We really enjoyed every thing an every moment during our stay we were served tasty food by chef vipan and his team .and I really appreciate the efforts of all team ITC for giving their best of their own places this property is located in between of trees and the view is wonderful you can see the mountains in front and also Mr. Harsh was wonderful we enjoyed his singing.. thank you everyone

swimming pool side view is super excellent, walk is require as its cottages, gr plus one, should take view cottage, nice food, only nic e hotel in Tahu. away from main dharamshala, require vehicle to reach anywhere.

One of the best places to stay in Dharamshala. Loved the property and the rooms, the view is mesmerizing. The staff is top-notch, Rohit in service was and excellent guy to have around, the food tastes really good and loved the service. Overall, a 10/10 experience.
