AC was not giving proper cooling and Hotel Management should make sure that what is promised should work i.e if you have booked AC room than before you give keys to Tourist you should 1st check. Spent few hrs to change the room. We enjoyed adventure activity which was Free. Swimming pool water does not look clean so we did not venture into pool. Food Quality was Ok , there is change of Improvement considering there are other hotels which servers better Veg food. We had Kathi and Kichadi in Dinner but Kathi was not upto mark. Over all OK Experience and I am sure management will take this note postively as there are lot of competition around. We are pure veg and they serve Pure Veg so it was relief. They were not having loud noice of music like other hotels so it was good part because you come to Matheran to Enjoy nature and have peace.

Pathetic service received IN Matheran AC is not working, At hotel room main gate there are too many monkey when we call reception for help we dont get. When we call centralized booking for help they dont help or dont give manager no. Phone was picked up by south goa unit he also didnt gave is name when i asked. Room phone is also not working for calling Reception. Very pooor services. Dont book this hotel for vacation there are better option.

Very good service. Staff is very helpful. Literally one call away. Food is a must have. All the dishes are outstanding Rooms are clean and nice the only thing that could be better is to add a fan otherwise it was just perfect totally worth the price
