The hotel served my purpose. I wanted to be downtown and easily be picked up from my hotel to make day tours. Hotel rooms are very small, rather old, but clean. At the high price for a night, they could serve at least a simple breakfast. In the evening they facilitate socializing in the patio with nonalcoholic beverages. I did not see anyone there. Desk staff were nice. Too expensive for the services offered.

This hotel has a great location, near Canada Place, the shopping area (Robson st), Pacific center, etc. and at least for us the best thing was that this hotel was in the list of the grey line tours, so if you book a tour with the tour company they will pick you up from there. The burrard was very clean, comfortable and their staff is very kind, they provided bottles of water every day, which I think is an amazing gesture. I highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel has a great location. It is 3 blocks from Robson St and right in the center of the city. The location is tops. Room is reasonable size and beds are comfortable. It is very clean and bathrooms have been updated. That being said it is basic. It looks like a 1950 motel and looks like it should have been torn down considering the new buildings around it. Considering the price paid it should be nicer but there are 3 cruises leaving today so supply and demand. It’s fine for 1 night before or after a cruise. However it’s nothing special . I can’t understand the gushing reviews

This was my second time staying at the Burrard on a medical visit. Both visits were disappointing, particularly this last one. The room had no heat, which was not a major problem until the third day of our stay when it was very cool outside and the room was freezing. I went to the front desk to ask about a space heater and they provided one that did not work My wife was already suffering from a viral cold illness and the freezing room made her condition worse. There was also a minimum of hot water in the shower. The staff was less than helpful. Housekeeping regularly didn’t provide the daily two bottles of water and coffee. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Even with the medical discount, the rates were exorbitant for what we were getting provided. I doubt we will return.

This hotel is wonderful. Perfect location in downtown Vancouver - near the downtown area and also the Davie Street neighborhood. Hotel is relaxing and clean. The coffee shop next to the hotel has a wide selection of coffee and also offers nice light meals I really enjoyed my stay here
