We were having a conference meeting there more than 100 rooms for 3 nights in between we got the best service from the hotel in all the areas specially Mr Mritunjay sir was so kind so supportive in all the way possible , Under your leadership we got the best possible services all the functions went extremely excellent and fantastic. I recently stayed at your resort from May 15, 2024, to May 17, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I am writing to provide feedback on several issues I encountered during my stay. Firstly, I encountered significant issues with the management staff. My check-in process took over two hours, which is unacceptable and highly frustrating for any guest. The inefficiency and lack of coordination were apparent and disappointing. Secondly, I found that the resort's policies were inconsistent with those of third-party booking services like Make My Trip and Goibibo. Guests who book through these platforms seem to face numerous inconveniences and delays. In my case, Goibibo was unhelpful, leading to a considerable waste of time and energy. Given these issues, I would recommend other nearby options such as Taj Aravali Resort & Spa or Aurika, Udaipur, which may offer a more reliable and pleasant experience. Avoiding Ananta Resort could save both time and money for future travelers.
