We had a very wonderful stay at allure grand. Theyy are quite grand just like their name. The food was very yummy. They had a beautiful lawn with apple trees. The view room was unbelievable...... Staff was very helpful and friendly. They also have a dog name satin who was so cute or friendly. They also arrange live music and bonfire with tambola for entertainment. I quite like this resort and hope to visit this place soon

We had a wonderful and memorable stay at allure grand. They are the best at what they are doing. I visited with my family last month and booked a riverfront room. The view from this room was inexpressible snow-covered mountains of Rohtang and the Beas River is just adjacent and provides a fantastic view from the room. The staff is very courteous and helpful specially mentioned Shabnam, Anjali from service and Mr. Suresh from reception. The attention to detail by every staff member was great. At dinner there was wide spread of food with veg and non- veg starters. They also arrange live music and bonfire on alternate days I hope they maintain their property same and hope to visit allure grand soon

Last week we stayed at allure grand and I must say this is the best hotel I have ever visited. The staff is very polite and helpful. Their hospitality is at top notch The food was very yummy. The view from the rooms and lawn was breathtaking. During our stay we also witnessed the best band of Manali i.e.shank. satin was the main highlight of the hotel with his cute smile

We booked for a river view suit , upon arrival noticed that river view is only from balcony, we took a standard river view room after paying for a suit and companion refused -the lady who brought us to show room was rude and tells me to decide quickly as she is busy - ordered snacks at bar took 1 hour -Ordered dinner at night , person told to -come n have down and have in restaurant , we ordered ird, no plate were send , they say u ordered chili chicken dry that why, I order noodles as well - staff is less , they argue with u , only explanation no is sorry for anything. Apart from the view n staff at breakfast experience was terrible here.

Must have a stay here to gather life time moments of life.the reception staff along wid the others and also d cleaniness and decorum and dinner wid music by jogithesoulof music and polite and intwlligent staff.i highly recommend this to everyone to experience the same once.goodluck!!
