Visited this place in October with family. We booked 2 AC rooms. Rooms were simple but clean. This is not a 5 star property. It's basically like a homestay with basic food and rooms. As the rooms were on first floor. We could see the beach from balcony. The beach is just 2 minutes away from this place, which is the best thing about this place. Recommended for people who are looking for a simple, basic place by the beach. Please avoid if you are looking for a 5 star hotel and equivalent service.

This is best situated beach house. It's literally on the beach. Staff are absolutely lovable. The place is neat and clean. The food however is not up to the mark. You can stay here n order food from Sahil lunch just a few steps away from here. The beach house is very spacious with lots of coconut trees which will make your stay all the more amazing.

I will straight away give my honest ratings, 1)Location: 9/10 , it is just sea facing. You get up, walk one minute from Hotel back gate and you step to the beach. 2)AC Rooms: 9/10, Perfect, sea facing, spacious & clean. Have spacious garden for the kids offering hammocks, Swings & Badminton. 3)Staff Service: 10/10,Outstanding, they ensure your stay is pleasant. 4)Food: 8/10, Just Loved it. Simple but delicious. Keep up the Great works Guys! Will surely visit soon.

Located close to the sea. Clean and good rooms at this budget. Food was amazing. We liked modak a lot. We were there during the rainy season and the sea was a bit rough. However, we enjoyed a lot. I am sure best season to visit must be winter and we will plan again this year.

The best hotel in Nagaon with awesome surroundings. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family in June 2017. It is very safe and children can also wander everywhere and go the the beach. Food quality is very good veg/non-veg. Staff is very friendly in nature and very helpful. The hotel is literally on the beach. The beach is very clean and safe. There are two small sit-outs on the beach provided by hotel where one can sit and experience the beauty sea and nature. The main Nagaon beach is on around 500 meters distance from hotel beach point where one can enjoy every water sport. The hotel room was very clean. After all what we need when we go to any hotel for 2 days stay for leisure, was everything available there including AC, refrigerator and cupboard. After all the hotel made our trip very perfect and satisfied.
