Resort was first class. The environment was beautiful from the pool to the rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly. Mostly a quiet resort, yet it was a full resort and people were respectful of quiet time around darkness. Lazy river was used by all, and we had no kids and still enjoyed being around and in the lazy river. The landscaping at pool was nice and you could get some places of shade. Shuttle to Vegas and grocery store was nice and reliable.

Tahiti Village is a great spot for families and vacations. Unfortunately, our room was not ready at the 4pm check-in time and we did not get a room until almost 6pm after complaining to management. We missed our dinner reservations and got to our concert with 5 minutes to spare

My notes from our stay June 1-4. 1. The room was very nice and fully equipped with dishes, washer/dryer, and bathroom amenities. The bed was sagging. The light switches controlled lights and outlets and were confusing. 2. The grounds were kept nicely. The pool area could have been cleaned up more regularly. There was a lot of drink cans and trash left by the lounge chairs. 3. The shuttle to the two hotels was clean and on-time. The driver was less than excited towards his job. 4. For being located so close to the airport the hotel had very little noise. 5. Housekeeping was prompt with our needs for extra towels and blankets. The bell hop was also receptive and polite. 6. The pools were nice and not overly busy. The sand area for the kids looked fun.The lazy river didn't flow with much of a current. The lifeguards did anything BUT lifeguard. It was difficult to find pool towels and the drinks at the pool were terrible. 7. The arcade consists of 10 games in a small and hot room. 8. Only one elevator worked in tower 1 and staff said the other elevator had been broken for 3 months. I would have appreciated signage that the elevator was broken. 9. Maintenance was prompt to unclog our bathroom sink. 10. The bedroom a/c didn't work very well. We kept the living room very cold and the bedroom doors open. 11. At check-in we had to wait about 1 ½ hours for an open room. There was nothing to do during this time but sit in the lobby or outside in the sun. Since we had no room keys we could not access the pool. 12. Parking is very limited. 13. Given that the property is a timeshare there was a lot of pressure to listen to the 90 minute presentation. I was told to say that I made at least $65k to receive benefits of the presentation like free luau tickets. 14. Marjorie was completely unpleasant, rude, and shouldn't be the face at the front desk. I have nothing nice to say about her. 15. All the restaurants touted on the website combined are smaller than a McDonald's. 16. Ice is located only on the first floor. If you're looking only to stay for the pools, eat elsewhere and spend time in your room this could be your place. But if you expect high end customer service and amenities I think you'll be disappointed.

My family enjoyed our time at the resort. The resort was clean, well maintained and provided many entertainment options. The staff was very courteous. Any housekeeping requests were handled promptly.

We did nothing but relax. Everything thing you need is right on site. Pizza shop, coffee shop and restaurant with a bar. We stayed in a Bora Bora suite so we had a full kitchen. There was a whirl pool bath tub and a shower as well. The tropical theme with the lazy river made our vacation perfect!
