This hotel was outstanding! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the food was delicious. But the real star was the view - right from our balcony, we could gaze out at a stunning mountain panorama. I highly recommend this hotel!

I really appreciate you and your team..excellent administration... 💐💐💐 Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. The staff at t& u hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location of t& u is great close to the town and the view from from hotel is awesome. This visit was the second time. The second visit was only because of the memories of first visit🫶🫶🫶 The professionalism and more than that the warmth we received from everyone actually pulled us to spend this Onam holiday also with MaxiMunnar. The team there made us feel at home undoubtedly. We have now become a family and hence MaxiMunnar will be our first and last choice in Munnar. A special mention must be made to Prabhul Sir who is the reason why the place is maintained like this. His extra mile approach to customers is beyond words.
