Best price for the area. Sufficient for someone who isn't fussy. Staff were nice, no issues with them at all. Building is old, needs a full renovation of the common areas and rooms. No major issues with cleanliness, but it's definitely not super clean, there's a smell in the hallways. You can hear the people in the other rooms through the door to the corridor and the people above you stomping around. Bring ear plugs for a good night's sleep.

It was a great price for a good room first floor accommodations and helpful staff only observation is some rooms have rugs some have laminate flooring the rooms withoutbrun you can see under door into hallway and light from hallway shines under door all night and no more breakfast that was disappointing but but all in all great value good room

Horrible smell throughout the entire hotel, unclean, holes in walls, stained ceilings and walls, toilet didn't work, bed was so uncomfortable my husband decided to sleep on the floor, not enough towels provided for the guests, loud guests that clearly live in the hotel...I could go on all day. Trust me you do not want to stay here no matter how cheap you can get the room. I would have paid double the price for the 2 rooms somewhere else if I were to do it again.

Friendly staff and location is good. Free coffee with a brown bag breakfast. Well worn and stained carpet in hallway downstairs. Our room had no carpets which was good as it didn’t harbor any pet smells. Smokers stand outside the doors so the smell lingers in hallways . A separate bench for smokers in parking lot area would be helpful.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! And especially your money!! You get what you pay for (or less). This is a dirty, beat-up Hotel. Checked in, Non-Smoking room, walked in, REEKED of cigarette smoke. Asked for another room, on 2nd floor (no elevator) which was fine with us. The room smelled OK, but was beat-up. Both chairs were stained. The carpet was terribly stained. I would not walk in bare feet on that carpet. The dresser drawers were all sticky inside. One of the bedside lamps did not even have a switch. Had to unplug to turn off. Very few outlets in the room. Only on one side of the bed. I wish I took pictures to post, but didn't want to be reminded on how BAD this was. Needless to say, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The Hotel photos are simulated, not real. that should tell you something.... The only positive is accessibility to getting places. I gave this a one star, only because it will not allow a review without a star rating.
