Superb location...it's in cadamom plantation...amidst of nature..well made cottages..good and prompt service...food was good...not much vegetarian options in buffet...go for cardamom plantation walk early morning..just 300 m from this resort is their adventure park with zip line and natural cave ..it was superb experience....

We had worst experience in this hotel in my trip to Kerala. First the wifi doesn't work, then we were staying in two different rooms and in two days, first day in cottage and second day in Jacuzzi suite. While shifting the luggage from one room to another they broke my brand new bag, however the Manager Srijith replaced the bag but it was a local and cheap one, we just agreed to it as we had to leave for Mumbai the next day. We were just out of this horror and requested the hotel for a early breakfast next morning as leaving at 7am in morning, we were told that they will give us bread butter and cut fruits in the morning. To our Suprise we were given bread in a foil and butter and jam in separate container without any butter knife and no cut fruits . To which I told the reception, that why haven't you made sandwiches of it and given us cut fruits, following this restaurant staff Azim was called to make us answer to this situation. He told that we have a rule not to make sandwiches and cut fruits was not informed and he was very argumentative in his talks, to which I told him who has made this rule?, if thr GM I want to to meet him or talk to him.Also told him Azim is not capable of working in hotel management companies, as to however bad the amenities maybe, the services and the warmth of the hotel always win over , Anyway I was getting very late and left the hotel in a hurry without our b/f. This is the worst hotel I have stayed into. Me and my wife hailing from Hotel background will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Guests traveling long distances have no room or parking for the driver accompanying the guest What is the safety of the guest driver has to sleep inside the car without giving room to the driver who is driving a long distance?Dirty bathrooms and parking are what you're paying for, which is a threat to many diseases

Beautiful resort with cottages and natural beauty. All staff are courteous and welcoming. The food tasted good The room is nice with an open terrace. Although room cleaning can be more improved. Lots of pests in the restaurant crockeries. Towels and bed linen are over used and are smelling bad. Dinner served was cold and was mentioned to the waiter and receptionist but was of no use. No Supervisor or Manager in the resort to speak with the guest and resolves their issues. No service recovery was offered. Gujrati Receptionist was pushing to give an excellent review which is embarrassing. She just wants an Excellent review but not a genuine review.

Overall it was a good stay but there were a couple of notes that we were unsatisfied with. Firstly, the wi-fi did not reach our room and the second was that upon checkout we were forced to leave a review for the hotel. The individual at reception was rude and said that "we must leave a review right now". Then he himself ticked 5 stars on my phone and stood over me agressively to make sure I post it. This is not reflective of good customer service and made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. It also makes me doubt the authencity of other 5 star reviews on here. He also attempted to charge an additional 10% to the final bill as we wanted to pay by card, we refused to do this as this was not communicated to us prior. Other staff were lovely and welcoming. Views were nice, check in was great. Breakfast was allright.
