The day we arrived the front desk manager Ms Karthika was very supportive and soft spoken and she allocated the rooms together inspite of the resorts being full. The rooms were very clean and nicely maintained and overall it was a good experience

Food was very nice especially nawabi paneer was really nice especial credit should be given to Puran chef and prapunj chef . Every thing is really nice including the room service, housekeeping, and all the staff from kitchen and service team.

Excellent coordination and amicable attention given by front office team especially Mr CROSSWIN front office manager.Even though insistent heavy rain the entire staff of resorts very helpful and practically attend our demands. I had a wonderful experience during my presence at Sterling.
