Very disappointed about how they handled our complaints. First off only 2 towels in bathroom no wash clothes or had towels. Second issue all the shower dispensers were empty and couldn't call down as we were in the shower when we discovered it. Third issue nothing to clean dishes with all out of dishwasher products and even soap to do them by hand. Fourth issue was dirty socks found under the bed, under the couch and in the closet. Fifth and most disturbing was the toenail clippings all over the floor obviously it had not been vacuumed. Clearly the only thing that was done in the room before we arrived was the bed was made and seemed to have clean sheets. This was to celebrate my husband's birthday and it wad a bummer. Won't stay there again.

I am so disappointed . I stayed because my husband had Business here and I was going to stay behind and get some much needed rest. I got all settled and ready to watch some Netflix, finally time to myself and the people next door started having an all out party. Music was so loud I couldn’t hear the tv. I called down to the front desk and they let me know they would not ask them to be quiet. Her exact words were it’s 5:40pm. Quiet hours aren’t until 10 or 11. So I have to sit and listen to this crap until then. She was also SUPER RUDE on the phone and when I went to buy a soda. I would avoid this place at all cost. Sad cause the rooms are fine.

Beware the freeway side

This is an old former Residence Inn with individual buildings. Decent maintenance and clean. The bed was comfortable and the only beef was that the main lamp was unplugged from the receptacle underneath the sleeper sofa. Breakfast was OK with no major surprises. My big complaint was the traffic noise from I-95. If you stay here for a no-frills overnight do yourself a favor and insist on a room as far from the freeway as possible!

Outside/inside Dirty & run down. Looks like a campus of motels. Enter rooms from outside. Front desk told us they only clean rooms/replace toiletries every 7 days. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!! I find it hard to understand why the reviews are so good for this place. We were in room 923 for two nights. Can't believe this is a 3 star hotel. This is awful!

I had the Terrible experience of booking this hotel due to death in my family. The first Red Flag was having to come to the check In desk to get washcloths (if a person tells you their 4 adults and a child who’s 4 why would there only be 2 washcloths in the room). The second issue was a Dishwasher full of dirty dishes not to mention the smelly refrigerator (my 4 year old grandson said it smells). The third concern and to add insult to injury is if one person took a shower ALL the hot water was used mind you we are talking a 7 minute shower. We called the Desk to let them know as well as tell them that we were going to the viewing for my grandmother and needed to be there by a certain time the maintenance person called back finally after me making two calls to them about this problem, he asked if someone took a shower and if so we needed to wait 20 minutes for the water to warm up. We waited an hour still no Hot Water so we took ice cold showers. But we called again only for the person at the desk to ask didn’t he come??!? I explained NO then she said I’m sorry he just left. After I got upset explaining my reasoning for even staying there she said I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do then she said well I can switch your room or let you shower in another room but you’ll have to come get the key??? Where’s the customer service. Finally the maintenance person called again and asked is your water hot now (this is over an hour later) only for me to say NO. He came ten minutes later said that he had to turn the water temperature up and that it was fixed only for us to have NO hot water after one person takes a shower again for the second day. Thank God we was checking out. Do not stay here. Spend your money at another hotel.
