I stayed for 6 nights at the property. Its a beautiful property and the staff are all extremely nice and courteous. Few things to keep in mind: 1. Either have your own vehicle or take a taxi. The approach road is a little narrow and rough. 2. The room descriptions are a bit confusing . Gondola view may not exactly be a gondola view room but a valley view room and a mountain view room is facing the gondola and also view of mountain. Book through their mobile app (not website) and you get a further 5% discount (atleast when I extended my booking it worked). 3. The gondola ride is amazing and they have a wonderfully equipped library (good collection) and I used time to read up a nice book. 4. The mountain view rooms have a slight noise coming in from the DG set facing the rooms else it would be wonderful to just sleep with the windows open (weather permitting). 5. The Gondola view Luxury room was very very spacious and luxuriously furnished. The only thing I personally did not like about some of the rooms is using a dark grey tin sheet in the main construction (exterior) which kind of does not go with the mountain side look and feel / use of wood would have been better. 6. The walks at Patnitop are just too good, absolutely serenity amongst the tall deodars and greenery. Amazing place to just chill out.

Amazing experience with Gondola ride. Hotel is well maintained with very good staff. Lots of adventure activites. Rooms are neat and clean and good in size. We took Gondola from hotel and went to Patnitop. There are multiple places to visit like Nag temple, Nattha top, Sanasar Lake Make sure you have sufficient time and plan as per Gondola timings

We had a birthday celebration at skyview, Chenani on 20th April,24 and it was one amazing event. Amazing Food, beautiful location is all what you will get. Special thanks to Anjuta, staff of empyrean who overlooked everything and was standing at the event from the time of started until it finished successfully. The only feedback I discussed and have is to have the directions guiding to this place clearly stated via Google maps as it is not that clear and also to have an in-house decoration person. I hope that they will continue to serve the customers in th future they do it now. Highly recommended.. Shivani Langer
