The Silverland Jolie hotel is the best hotel I have ever experienced. I have travelled in over twenty countries and stayed in over a hundred different hotels and the Jolie is my favorite so far. Everything was superb!! The location, food, decor, clean well maintained room with a spa bath, restaurant, rooftop garden with pools bar and amazing views, spa , small gym , games area etc. were all top class. But the most important thing was the staff were super professional and friendly. From the first minute to the last of my four nights stay all the staff were very accommodating and made me feel like a celebrity. That is what a guest will remember most about any hotel that they stay in. Special thank you to Vincent, Lisa, Sydney, Hong, Mike, Hana, Quy, Jennie, Thu, Vu, Liang, Ava and all the team and management. What a team! What a family! I love you all and wish you all the best of luck for the future ! I can’t wait to come and you all again soon. The entire stay was a truly amazing experience. The front office greeting and departure were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The whole team including the food and beverage staff made everything easy and exceeded our expectations constantly. The staff that manned the pool bar were truly fantastic. They remembered our names and our drinks with super quick service. We have to say a very special thankyou to Alex and Daniel who looked after us in the pool bar. We will definitely stay here again next visit.

A really cosy ,classy , comfortable & clean hotel with the most amazing staff. Daniel from the bar, Ashley, Sam & James from the restaurant, Vincent the night manager & all the staff at the reception desk ( I didn't get their names) were extremely warm, helpful & professional ...the service was exceptional. The rooftop bar was amazing but I wish the pool was a little bigger...that would have made it perfect. The rooms ( junior suites) were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious & the afternoon tea was served with a very accomplished Violinist & Guitarist playing beautiful music in the background. Very well located hotel with reasonable rates. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Ho chi Minh City for a break. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. A big thanks to your wonderful staff who made our stay here so memorable.

We stayed for a few nights and Daniel the Bartender really made our stay - he's a really nice and hardworking guy who makes the difference for hospitality.
