Our first room had dirty sheets, half-empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner, broken blinds, and a bathroom door that wouldn't open from the inside (my wife got locked in without any way to reach anybody - it's a good thing I was in the room and she wasn't a solo traveler). It took a lot of convincing with the front desk before they finally shifted us to a new room. That second room didn't have towels. We had to ask 4 times for towels, and each time I had to go downstairs to ask because the phone in the room wouldn't let me connect to the front desk, room service, or anybody. We were also told this would be a lake view, but it turns out there are no lake views available at this hotel, so I'm not sure why we were lied to during booking. And finally, on the way out, they sat us down, forced us to write a review, and wanted to take a picture of the confirmation that we submitted a review. An absolutely terrible experience start to finish, I highly advise you avoid this hotel at all costs.

Nice experience Had an amazing stay here in late March for three nights. Had the best time at this beautiful newly renovated property. Honestly no complaints, beautiful location, beautiful property, amazing staff. Get a room with lake view if available, totally worth it. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible, from reception to room service to the restaurant staff, extraordinary service. Also best breakfast I have had in India so far

Shahpura dev panache it's a luxury property with beautiful rooftop restaurant and service is so fast and rooms are very clean and hygienic the most deferent thing about this hotel is the indoor swimming pool at the reception and miss kiran as a receptionist she is very soft with her words and she provide us all the possible things

The hotel was built so good , all staff were good nd had a great time with there breakfast and enjoy the view with the fluffy pillow there on bed enjoyed Karan aujla songs one of drawback is the towels of there are not so good just ok ok they have to improve the quality of towels

Our family stay at shahpura Dev Panache was really a most comfortable and memorable one. The staff hospitality and care for their guests deserves truly a special mention. Mr Raj had been very supportive and helpful throughout our stay...His efforts to make the guests contended are really appreciable .. Mr Rakesh had also been very generous & genuine all times...Both of them made sure to make our stay the best so far ... The hotel staff, restaurant service & food is also good .. Overall we are grateful to each of them who made our stay really wonderful one. The property layout and intricacies one can never forget. This property will remain our straight recommendation and our best preference for our next visit to Udaipur .
