It's an excellent hotel in all respects. The location is wonderful, close to the metro, easy walking distances to sights, restaurants, shopping, and the Naschmarkt. Also close to an excellent Vietnamese restaurant, Saigon. Our rooms, 2 Jr suites, were large, comfortable, nicely appointed. And, of course, you can't help but appreciate free coffee delivered to your room - I'm especially fond of the coffee melange! The staff is warm, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms have good air conditioning but at night I like a colder room so I requested a fan. I was delighted to receive a large Dyson fan. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and staff.

The welcome was warm, the staff were helpful, and the room was beautiful. Initially we had thought to stay in one of Vienna's grand hotels, but Sans Souci competes on this level and has charm and a smaller size to recommend it. We felt both cared for and pampered; everyone, from the front desk to the bellman to the cleaners worked hard to help us maximize our enjoyment of Vienna.

My stay at Hotel Sans Souci was simply amazing! The hotel has all the quality you might wish for, with a perfect location to explore Vienna, very comfortable rooms, and a spa with a pool. I also recommend their restaurant where you can have a delicious and fresh breakfast, offering a variety of options to start the day right. We also had dinner there, and I must say, the asparagus with a glass of champagne was a highlight. Their selection of champagnes is impressive! I can't recommend Hotel Sans Souci enough for anyone visiting Vienna. It truly made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

There is not one thing to improve on at the Sans Souci. We have stayed at some very nice hotels but the feel you get from every single person that works there, is they want to make your stay spectacular. They succeeded. While everyone there gets a gold star for service, Daniel, the guest service assistant gets a platinum one. The eagerness he shows to go up and beyond is admirable. In the morning for breakfast, everyone we encountered was eager to be helpful. It reflected well on Christian, the restaurant manager. He has well, visited each table every morning, ensuring you had everything you needed and more. I wished there was a San Souci everywhere we travel!!!

Really happy with this hotel. Service was also spot on, staff were happy. Junior suite was spotlessly clean and an excellent size. Hotel is conveniently located in the museum quarter with some beautiful buildings and parks within a stone’s throw. Had an amazing 30 min massage with Sabina. Pool is a little fresh for my liking and be prepared for naked guests in the spa area where the steam rooms/sauna is. We read the spa etiquette after and it is the rule NOT to wear clothes! We went to Glaci Beisl restaurant which is a 2 min walk away and loved it.
