Very good staying experience! Perfect location with a gorgeous view of Kanchenjunga! Tasty food (great breakfast menu selections) Staffs were very helpful and caring ; overall enjoyed the friendly service!😊

One of the worst hotel which lead to our Darjeeling trip a nightmare. At the end we just wanted to get out of this nasty hotel atvthe earliest. Booked the rooms at exorbitant price, hoping to have a luxurious experience. To our utmost disbelief rooms were pathetic. Tvs were broken, and none of our 3 rooms had tata sky recharged. The staff went on hunting for tata sky box which works in other vaccant room and found none. They simply said the owner recharges and he is not doing it now. Geysers dont work properly leaving us with no hot water frequently. Changed 3 rooms in 3 days. Will never ever visit this s****y hotel again. Please avoid at any cost.

This is a scam. People who have booked Sanderling resort and spa are conned into booking this hotel. Although it's not far from Mall road, it is on a narrow dirty road smelling of drain. The room sizes are smallish, but very stuffy with no view at all. Tourists must never book this hotel. We had booked suite rooms at Sanderling resort and spa at high rates, but our booking was directed unilaterally to this hotel, which is 3rd class. We found out, during our stay in Darjeeling, that at least 3 other families were conned the same way

Hotel is very good and staff behaviour is extremely good. Kichen staff namely Mr prabhat was very good. Location wise very good.it was near to Mall road. I visited Darjeeling on 21st December and we spend 25 over there and the church beside the hotel was very good.

Excellent service..very courteous staff. Especially we thank Mr Chandan, Mr Sohail, Mr Raja and Mr Saleem who have looked in to all the required facilities like food, cleanliness of the room, arranging the conveyance for the places like Kalimpong, Miric and local Darjeeling town. We are fully satisfied and would like to stay here only during our next visit to Darjeeling. Thanks Charudatta, Pune.
