The Samode Haveli is a beautiful old haveli in the centre of the city, almost walking distance from Jowari Bazaar, and most places we wanted to go too were not far. This property is not to be confused with Samode Palace which is not so central. As would be the case in every haveli, each room is different. The hotel has a lot of character, and the service was excellent. We had breakfast both days, and everything we ordered was hot, fresh and on-point. Fluffy omelettes, thick yet delicate French Toast, crispy aloo paranthas. I was also grateful that it did not seem haunted.

We really enjoyed staying in Samode Haveli. Very friendly and helpfull personnell, both at the congierge/reception, the restaurant, house keeping and especially the driver who became our friend. The hotel feels like Home. Nice swimmingpool and good (and safe) food at the restaurant. We recommend this hotel to all who like to explore Jaipur and Surroundings. We also recommend our driver: Mr Prithvi Singh from the hotel: the best driver we know, always smiling and keeping us safe! Thank you all!

The quaint and darling little gem of a hotel was just perfect for everything! The food and service was impeccable. I treated myself to a massage and it was incredible. I wish I had more time to unwind in this very tranquil and relaxing hotel! My room made me feel like a princess and the atmosphere was simply perfection!

The hotel has an great central location for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and food is varied. But a major downside: the receptionists are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. After days of dining at the hotel, we requested restaurant recommendations, only to be told to venture outside the premises and find one ourselves. How rude! Eventually, when they did suggest a restaurant, it turned out to be a terrible experience - we ended up sick in bed for two days!! Especially the receptionist during the night shift - every time we asked him about something, it felt like we were inconveniencing him, even though we weren't. On the other hand, the staff at the restaurant and welcoming us at the front gate was super nice.
