We do not recommend this hotel. We planned to stay for three nights but left after the first one. Main problems: 1. Very far from the mall. When you arrive from Delhi, this is the first building you see in Nainital. Don't plan on walking to the mall, you will need a car. 2. Hot water not available for shower. We had to ask for a hot bucket, because the water at the tap was not hot. At most it was warm. 3. Food not good (at least for us as foreigners, I cannot tell what local people will say about it).

Worst hotel with leakage in washroom and bad food which spoiled your tour.Rooms are smelly and TV is also not working. Hotel Manager is fraud if you booked room in advance and not given the same room which you have booked and gives you cheaper room.Recommended not to stay here.

Worst . Please do not ever stay here. Unhygienic. Restricted Hotwater timing. Not Safe . Stinky rooms. Not working heater . Heater light is on whole night. Extra charge for Heater and that too not working one. Unresponsive Manager . If we complained about heater he says it works like this only and he can't help. Hotel attenders are not aware of what is cooked at there hotel . Plz do not ever book here. Chilled bed chilled walls. Okay weather condition is like that but it could have rectified by providing good heaters. One of the worst Hotels. Plzzz do not ever book . 1. Restricted hot water time 2. Smelly rooms and washrooms 3. There is no cleaning 4. The intercom was not working 5. There was no hot water coming from the shower 6. Lunch was not available (They said: Chef not available - he was on holiday) 7. You feel like an Dharmashala 8. You feel like eating at Dharmada (free lunger) for breakfast, lunch or dinner 9. Pillows, blankets were also unwashed / dirty 10. There are overpriced hotel 11. You will be done when you say 3-4 times
