We had a really nice experience at Regenta Central Nagpur, right from the time we checked in. The staffs at reception were polite,they are served welcome drink and thata was fantastic.. The room(7241)was clean, spacious and full of comfort. The room service was quick, responsive and understood our needs every time I called. Immediately after we checked in and settled down, after some time of check in one water glass are broked by me by mistakely then me come to corridor and call one housekeeping boy and tell about that then he came and clean this and offerd a room Sleeper and sayd I had clean this but you kindly use this sleeper for you extra safety then me offerd him tip but he sayed that if you satisfied our service then you put a positive review and for all departments.the boy(mr. Arijit) is very impressive and make my stay special.I would highly recommend the property and looking forward in exploring the other.

Have stayed at Regenta Nagpur multiple time in last 3 years but recently the quality and service has degraded a lot. 1) Did a last minute booking for 21st May'24 and only room available for Standard Twin bed. Was fine as I was staying along. At checkin, I was allocated room No 7206 - Room had smoke smell so I did not accept the room so another room - 7222 was allocated. Once the AC was switch on, this room also had smoke smell. Also The room was beside Housekeeping room so there was sounds coming. There were no other standard / deluxe room available so I paid additional Rs 3000/- and moved to orchid suite. 2) Hotel is having liquor licence issues and NO LIQUOR is available in hotel. 3) Placed an order for fried rice at 10:15 PM in roomservice. They delivered khichadi at 10:45 PM. On complaining, room service told that order is cross delivered and after multiple followups correct order was delivered at 11:15 PM Have experienced very good service and food here but in last few stays the quality and service seems to have deteriorated.
