We had a wonderful time in ramee international Hotel In Surat. food was excellent with great hospitality. Gaurav and Swati,Palak took great care of iur check-in and checking out needs. Sudip Sir, very humble and excellent hospitality. I would recommend this Hotel wholeheartedly.

Best hotel in Surat for me as an NRI. I came in May 25th 2024 for a business trip and wedding shopping! I always stay here when ever I am in Surat. The staff are super friendly, professional, helpful and welcomes with utmost respect. Wasim Sir thank you for offering me a great deal which is why I make sure you do my booking. Doorman Arjun, Shashi, Gaurav and Pawan you guys are the best for looking after me like a queen :-) House keeping team made sure my stay was perfect! Harish looked after me very well with clean room, fresh bedding making my stay very pleasant. Karan and Dipendra were also very helpful with house keeping and laundry. Ranjan Sir you too were very helpful and made sure I was looked after by your staff. Room service Jatin came serving with a smile :-) Restaurant staff.....Saurabh, Jaydev, Vaishali, Shivam, Mihir and others served with great professionalism and always attentive to my needs. Thank you guys for your tremendous welcome and utmost help to make sure I was well looked after. Recommend this hotel as number 1 in Surat with great service, reasonable price, delicious fine dining. Feels like home......THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!

My stay at Ramee International Hotel was amazing. The Hospitality and professionalism was seen and felt from the moment i stepped on the property Starting from Mr. Gaurav (Incredibly polite and welcoming), Then at during the check-in and check Out, Mr. Sudip Ji , Swati didn't make me feel the tedious or awkward excellent conversationalist. Then the cleanliness was good the response was prompt to requests special thanks to Mr. Dipendra, Madan Pawan, Harish from the housekeeping Staff made me feel like home. During my stay I believe the hotel was on full occupancy hence when I went for my dinner at Its Mirchi Restaurant it was almost full. I entered the restaurant and I was offered a table by F&B Staff Mr. Mihir, shivam But when I went to have breakfast there was another guest who occupied the table which was offered to me and no table was vacant post that. Stood almost for 10/15 Mins holding the dinner plate . However speechless by seeing how Ms Vaishali was trying her level best to get me a table as soon as possible and I did get a table. Was very impressed by the gesture & care shown by her, and the breakfast Chef absolutely amazing made with love and care by Ashu,Devraj Just Wow .What an Exceptional customer service. Not only beautiful words but body language and attitude makes the difference. At Last Thanks for doorman Arjun Bhai..
