I recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza Varanasi and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Bhupendra and the front desk team. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's ambiance and amenities were excellent, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, one area for improvement is the timeliness of services across various departments. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality and service.

Booked club room but was provided with basic catagory room Also food and services are not as expected Staff was not friendly at all And same experience was with every guest Property services and ambiance are really downgraded as compared to last visits When told manager about it he said we are at our best and nothing else can be done
