Hotel was dirty, management was incredibly rude. Surprised this place is still open. Got a refund and stayed somewhere else instead. The pool door was falling off the hinges it was so rusted, there were mattresses piled up in the hallway. Even if you got this hotel for free I wouldn’t stay here. Sleep in your car instead.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff at the hotel were courteous . I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the rooms were. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and sanitized. Hope to return some day soon.

Our room was clean. This hotel is on the older side and only a few of the rooms have been refurbished. We asked and got a newer room. The AC was barely sufficient because I like to sleep in a refrigerator! We would stay here again! The breakfast was decent but Waffle House is way better and within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly.

They literally committed credit card fraud

I stayed here two nights ago. There's really no issue with the room so much as when I checked out I accidentally left a few dirty articles of clothing in a small basket. Instead of contacting me to check the facts, when went back to get my items, on the same afternoon I checked out, I was told I was being charged a second nights stay becuse thet assumed I was staying based on my forgetting a small basket. I have been unable to get the hotel management to contact me and it looks like I'm going to have to file fraudulent charges against my credit card to get this resolved. Whatever you do, if you do stay here, don't get tired and forget something! The front desk staff is no more helpful as the lady who was there when I went to retrieve my items was very defensive and not at all concerned that they basically stealing money. I'll never be back. I'm a Diamond member with the chain going on 7 years now.

Stains on sheets & comforter in the first room. The hotel staff was nice and moved us to a new room. New room is dirty. Moldy bathroom, mildew in the artwork, bits of hair on the counter, stained bathtub, blob of something stuck on the wall above the headboard. I feel grubby and can’t wait to check out in the morning. I’m taking a long shower when I get home!
