Palace Station has become my go-to place when I'm in Las Vegas. From the moment I arrive I receive nothing but the most friendly and warm welcome. From the valet (amazing team) to the front desk, security staff, housekeeping and casino workers, it's just so comfortable. Do yourself a favor and take a chance on this "locals" gem. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed two nights here. The room was comfortable clean near noiseless. Decent city view. Free parking is nice. Close to main strip but you need Uber or taxi or car to get anywhere. 24 hr security at room elevators so that is a plus. If you want a reasonable price stay with no luxury this is it.

check in - we were charged for 17usd for a non smoking room because non smoking room is unavailable upon our arrival. not our fault though still we paid for the so called upgrade. still should be complimentary because the hotel overbooked. Room average - bed is so bad looks like a water bed if lay on it you will sink. some are friendly all in all still the stay is okey for a layover

If I could give 0 stars off check in and management alone I would. I called the hotel several times to confirm the amount needed at check in. They mentioned a $100 deposit per stay/reservation. Upon arriving at the hotel, Ariel/Aril/Aril—a foreign Asian/hispanic looking manager stood beside Tim/Tom(black)-a new employee and stated that there was a $200 deposit due, $$100 deposit per room/reservation. I explained to him that I had 1 reservation and also told him what his staff at the hotel told me along with the hotels.com staff, when I asked for the total fees and the breakdown of the fees. They each instructed that it was only 1 $100 deposit due, per my reservation. The terrible manager then said “Expedia policies and wording is different than ours.” I asked him to print out the hotel policy and it actually matched the Expedia/hotels.com policy. When confronted about the fact that he was lying and possibly mis spoke, he tried to cancel my reservation, demanded I pay $100 deposit for EACH ROOM. I actually recorded the conversation, and he began to get flustered and tried to call security to check to see if the video was deleted. I had already sent the video where it needed to go and then I deleted it. But I will be taking further action! Because it was lovers and friends festival weekend, and I wasn’t solo, I paid the extra money but he should be FIRED because he is ripping people off and STEALING MONEY!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to stay there on this trip. I did visit to do some gaming. They had ALL the slots and video poker I wanted. One of the guys that I was with stayed there and couldn't have been more pleased with his experience at the Palace Station. I definitely will try and stay there on my next trip to Vegas.
