This hotel is shame for oyo name staff is uneducated don’t know how to talk with guest and unprofessional and not safe for couples and family they ask you to cancel online booking and demand for extra money for room so patanric experience I have ever had won’t recommend Anyone to stay# reception staff so unprofessional and rude # smelly room# used bedsheet # not safe for couples # wrost

Though the hotel is at good location but it was filthy and not maintained. Rooms were dirty and smelly. Old bedsheets were used as they didn't have replacements.No hand towels , No kettle ,No glasses or cups.When we asked the manager he said this is like that ,our senior management is aware and not approving from oyo office.RO purifier was broken and we were forced for bottled water .I advise people to go for a different hotel as you ll regret booking this. Looks like Oyo Rooms are on downfall. The day we checked in raised issue under Case Id- 26810704 but till now no revert .You will wait for almost 15 minutes . After 15 Min they ll disconnect the call.

they call themselves 3rd largest hospitality group in the world , yes if you collect match boxes you can hold 3 lakh or so, OYO is nothing but a colletor of old hotels who cannot run thier establishment themselves, all they have under their banner is a uniform color of cushion covers, substandard specially packed soap & shampoo in name OYO. Food Pathetic, cant handle 40 Guests breakfast , they had just one 2 slice old toaster to cater to 50 room guests. i never never stay at any OYO coz even previously owned by individual the hotel does btter on its own after OYO steps in you are in from good to bad to worse to sometimes terrible. i think the govt should do someting about this 3rd largest hospitality group. i was a guest here at a destination wedding so neither complained to the host nor to hotel staff in charge even after some house keeping staff stole an envelope of 1000 Rs which was to be given to the married couple i told the reception down about this they sent the person who cleaned the room but said i have not seen any envelope , which we had kept handy with our clothes to wear for the wedding function. i strongly feel the original owner would do a much better job in a tourist city like jaipur rather than lease their good properties to brand names like oyo who know nothing about hospitality business and claim to be the 3rd largest Hospitality group in the world , I would rename OYO HOSPITAL group of the world

This has been the worst Oyo Townhouse that I have stayed in. We were 4 people, my friend, his brother and wife and me. First of all, there was no towel inside the room. Even after repeated requests none was given to us. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and all this while we had to ASK for the towel because it was not being kept their even after housekeeping staff had cleaned the room. The bathrooms are bad. There is no bath mat in the rooms. My room had no chair and was not provided with one throughout my stay even after Ihad told the front desk.We were not provided with a goodies basket as was written on the guest book kept in the room. The food is extremely bad. Please do not order food if you are staying at this hotel. Except for maybe tandoori rotis, everything which I had was tasteless. All in all, this property is the waste of your money. Last but not the least, the person sitting at the front desk asked for my phone during checkout so that he could give himself a 5 star rating.
