I was charges 224.20 Euros for a dreadful room. Delapidated room. wall paper coming off the wall, dirty bathroom in poor condition. Stained carpets in corridor. Damaged walls and door frame. Just unbeleivable. I was asked if I would like an extra to get breakfast. Just amazing!!

This hotel is great! I needed somewhere last minute as my other accommodation wasn’t good, so I booked here. Great price, friendly staff. Yes it is on a noisy road, yes it can be warm with the window shut but I sleep with ear plugs anyway and it was not a problem. People seem to expect the ritz on a premier inn budget! 10/10 would recommend, great location, about 20/25 minutes walk into the centre and just 3 stops on the metro (€2,40 a ticket). Had a great time, and will definitely consider next time I’m in Vienna. Thanks!

Very convenient for the central station in Vienna but that's about it. There's no air con and the room we were given was and the front of the building next to the main road so it was really hot and very noisy. The don't seem to have any facilities to even get a drink apart from at breakfast I asked if I could get a bottle of water and was told to drink the water from the tap.

It is expensive to stay at hotels in Vienna. This is a really price-worthy hotel close to the train station. It is clean, our room was newly renovated, the staff was nice and they have a luggage room. Those were the criteria we had for our one-night-stay in Vienna. That said: This hotel has no charm. We couldn't sleep with the window open because of the heavy traffic outside all night. There was no AC. And the shower was very strange: the water spread all over the bathroom. To me, none of that is of great importance, and to be able to stay four people in for just 150 euro in central Vienna, is fantastic! (We had reserved a family room, but they had none, so we got two double rooms instead for the same price, which was great for us.)
