The hotel is well located however the rooms are very basic and dated. We found a sex toy and firework under my son’s bed!!! It was very dirty.When we brought this to the receptions attention we were told to email our concerns. To date we have still not received a reply. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel!!

Pillows very flat and non existent. Some of staff attitudes are something to be desired. Beyond basic amenities in the room. €4 for bottle of water in room crazy! When can go to vending machine in reception and get water for €2 or diner next door. Didn’t make it easy to redeem incentive for not using daily housekeeping. Safe I. Room doesn’t work. Only saving grace near a U station.

Wow. What a dump of a place. Due to a strike in Berlin, I was forced to find a hotel for 2 days. My room (707) was horrible, there are stains on the carpet, the walls and in the wardrobe. I didn't know hotels still had wood chip wallpaper in use, well, this place has it in abundance, the tiny bathroom is horrible with black mould on the tiles, the toilet had marks on it. The TV in the room is hardly worth mentioning, I've seen bigger tablets! The guy at reception is rude and unapproachable. Breakfast was included in the price. It was average at best, and that's being generous. Luckily I was really only in this hotel to sleep and have a shower, any longer than that, and I would be suffering with depression. Avoid!

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is okay with cheese, sausages, eggs etc., but the hotel is extremely worn, two out of three elevators don’t work (and supposedly haven’t for quite some time), the carpets are in a really bad shape, and the WiFi is rediculous and basically useless as soon as you get a room just a little away from the router. The cleaning was not exactly up to par, either. The location is good, though.

I left an article of clothing in a room and 4 days later I returned to the hotel to retrieve it. They told me to send an email requesting what I had forgotten and after 3 emails I never got a response from the reception or the hotel manager.
