This hotel was rated a 4-star in Zurich, which besides the front desk area, it completely looks like a budget hotel. The location is bad, from Zurich Train station, either taking a bus or train from Zurich HB train station , it needs more than 10 minutes walk to reach the hotel. It is better to book a half of the price airport budget hotel which is just next to the train station. Utterly disappointing.

Good and confortable hotel, nice breakfast, very easy access to the train (around 15/20min to the city center). I must extend all my complements to Grigorio and Ricardo from the bar, who made my stay much more pleasant and made me feel very welcome.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights whilst attending a business conference. The buffet breakfast is good and the hotel is close to the supermarket and trams. But what stands out is the customer service — in particular I want to mention Alice and Fatou at Reception who were both exceptional. At different times they were very helpful with check-in, sightseeing tips, and accurate guidance regarding trams/buses. Because of them I was able to squeeze in tours of Zurich City, the Lindt Chocolate Factory, Jungfraujock and Mount Pilatus despite having limited time and still make it to the Airport on time to catch my return flight to Australia! Thanks again Alice and Fatou!

Greg and Ricardo were absolutely spectacular. Sincere and hard working to make our stressful medical issue experienced with my wife easier. Stellar employees and I would rate them 11 out of 10. We were here about a week and found the service across all departments top notch. A place we would recommend to friends family and come back again.

Fatou was super friendly, very accommodating and an absolute delight. Her genuine sincerity was very evident. This rating is based on her efforts and actions. Admittedly the breakfast staff was super helpful as well. Had the tiniest issue when I asked for extra pillows, which did not show up. (It’s easy to forget). In any case, when I called back several hours later, I got a genuine apology and the pillows appeared almost as I was hanging up the phone. All in all a great experience. Cozy room. Thank you IBIS Zurich.
