The stay at Novotel was highly comfortable. Special thanks to Housekeeping team of Ms. Devajani and Mr. Shajil for maintaining hygiene and pleasant upkeep. Ever smiling Manisha, Nidhi and entire team from DSquare restaurant make you feel at home. Mention goes to Akhil and team from front office too. Personalised handwritten note from Director of Operations along with Pastry chocolates made me feel Welcome ! Sincerely Appreciate the efforts of everyone for going the extra mile.

The rooms are spacious enough . The staffs are friendly and always ready to help . We had to haul big suitcases at 4 am in the morning and they were extremely helpful . A couple of them like Sajjan , Devajani were very helpful . Since we were from the US , we had families visiting us constantly from different places and the staff were very very very kind . Not one time complained it . The kids enjoyed the in room dining and the breakfast . We would come back here in a heartbeat !

Their service was excellent. Shajil and devajani service was very good and kind. They were very helpful. Room was neat and clean. Very spacious. Food was really delicious and have variety of dishes. Really happy with the service. We enjoyed our stay.
