I booked an apartment because I was told I would have a mini kitchen, when I arrived I found I only had a microwave without any ventilation system. The sofa bed is below criticism,I would ask the hotel manager to sleep a few nights on this bed,then come back with feedback.Every morning I woke up to the smell of onions coming from the hotel restaurant.

Excellent location, nice neighborhood with lots of bars and options for food. U3 metro is literally 50 m from the main entrance and takes you to Wien mitte with the CAT train to the airport. Good but basic breakfast. There are rooms in mid-floors and my suitcase was quite heavy to carry half a floor. The room reminded me of DDR. It’s rare to see something so plain and charmless. But again, it was spacious and clean. Housekeeping didn’t do anything that I would have noticed but emptied the trash bin. Little surprising.

We visit this hotel 2-3 times a year. We do enjoy the very kind service and the unbeatable location. That is a big advantage that the hotel has an underground garage. Everything is nearby, shops, supermarket, restaurants, a great Italian gelateria, metro, even a bakery is under the hotel. Easy direct door to the Peek and Cloppenburg, so during the winter month no one needs a winter coat for shopping, what makes the experience more comfortable. Dora at the reception was amazing, when we wanted to change to another room, she was absolutely cooperative and polite and professional. Thanks for that.
