I really like the staff and the hotel they were very professional. Very intelligent. The breakfasts were fresh and well maintained. The location is great cuz it's close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle. I would say the bathrooms are very small and the rooms are small but they're nice nonetheless

For a hotel close to the Barajas Airport, the NH Barajas Hotel is my first choice. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable, with a desk large enough for computer work, and the bed is especially comfortable. Best of all is the restaurant - a very good breakfast buffet, and dinner is always excellent. I have stayed here more than once, and I shall return on my next visit to Madrid.

This hotel was fantastic for a quick stay near Madrid Barajas Airport. While there was a bit of a wait for the shuttle, it only took 15 minutes to reach the hotel once it arrived. The rooms at NH Madrid Barajas were modern, clean, and well-equipped. The bathrooms had a bit of a retro feel, but they were very clean and had great hot water pressure. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely book here again if I had a layover in Madrid

We did a two night stay because of flight transfers and it was an excellent choice. There is a bus pick up from the terminal you just phone to let them know you are there and on the way back you need to book the bus back. The room was clean comfortable and well equipped with a very nice and good value restaurant on site and all the staff were lovely and helpful. There are also some other eateries within a minute of the building including a supermarket and a tube into the city is a four minute walk so it ticked all the boxes

This hotel is not just convenient to the Barajas hotel. It is also easy walking distance to several beautiful parks and green areas along with being near several very good restaurants, a pharmacy and food store. So if your scheduling permits, you can relax and prepare for the next phase of your journey. The hotel provides free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel with convenient scheduling. The staff is both attentive and helpful making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms are ample and well laid out with some of the most comfortable beds we have experienced. The breakfast buffet is complete - eggs, meats, fruits, cereals, yougurts, breads, cheeses, juices, coffee and more. Clean environment and attentive staff. The restaurant also has a very nice assortment of dishes, a little something for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again for any of our travels out of Madrid by air. Easy taxi from Chamartin train station. From Atocha station you can take the metro to the airport and utilize the hotel shuttle or a taxi for the short ride to the hotel.
