Hotel location excellent. Room very spacious. Basic amenities. Staff very courteous and always helpful. Food arrangements good. View of mountains on a clear day is excellent. Special mention of manager Mr. Janak Sharma who was always helpful and had quite good advises for our day trips.

Superb location, kind and courteous staff, tidy rooms with well maintained bathrooms at a budgeted price. . Overwhelmed by my stay. Will recommend this beautiful place to each and evryone coming over to Kalimpong.

We booked a deluxe room in Mystic Orchid Retreat for 4 nights. But once we reached we didn't like room..Small room,dirty bed sheets,pillow covers ,small unclean bathroom. So we requested the resort manager to upgrade us to a cottage ,by paying whatever the extra charges required. The Resort is surrounded by bliss of nature.Calm and quiet.So scenic and peaceful we decided to stay there ,despite having some issues. Cottage we stayed was spacious,breathtaking view .Such a beautiful property ,so poorly maintained! Towels,bed sheets,pillows,pillow covers,cushion covers ,trash cans ,every thing very dirty.They badly need to buy everything new.I used my tee shirt as a pillow cover. Very courteous,friendly and helpful staff.Though very less options for food ,yet homely, simple and tasty food,so no issues. Such a shame! Such a beautiful ,scenic property and so badly maintained.

This hotel is good choice for travelers who wants peace and tranquility, away from city noises. Located in a serene place amidst nature. The orchid garden is closed for travelers due to some reason. Food is awesome and staffs are cooperative. The manager is a nice person.
