Highlighting the other side of this property which generally you do not see in YouTube marketing videos. You need to reach to property through slum area. Very difficult to take your car to hotel lobby and take out from there. Very narrow road. Guys, there is no lift in the property, so you need to use staircase upto 2nd floor. Exorbitant food prices. 100 rs for coffee, 90 rs for tea. I booked 3 premium deluxe rooms for 19k and they gave me worst possible rooms in the property with car parking view. So if you are thinking you will get valley view from all rooms then forget it. It's their choice, not yours. Breakfast is ok - again you need to wait for at least 10 mins to get your turn for breakfast table. Buffet Dinner price is 450 + taxes. Moreover, if you want to eat anything in between 4 pm to 7 pm you can have it in room with 15% additional taxes else have it in hotel lobby next to reception. Sorry, their restaurant isn't available at these timings. Property owners - you are running 3 or 2.5 star property with 5 star prices. Not to mention highly hyped property. Only good thing is - hotel staff is helpful.

Hotel is very good and ambience created is beautiful. There are a lot of activities inside of hotel that could be done like swimming, indoor games, spa, garden. There is also kids play area and occasional shows like magic show, karaoke. Services provided are pretty awesome especially by Sunita, Shabera, Jagganath, Subhash, Ashok and the other staff as well. I would particularly mention Sunita as she helped my Nani who has difficulty in walking. Food is a little overrated, if pricing is a bit limited, the rates would be more reasonable

The service was really good they helped us with every inconvenience we had special thanks too Prakash(HK Leader), Santosh and Anjana.The food was also great just the service speed could increase otherwise it was a very great place to stay with great view.
