We stayed from May 25 to May 28. Every morning, we enjoyed our Buffet breakfast. Every morning, the receptionist was very cheerful, polite and helpful. Her name is Thu Hoc Tien. I hope I had her name correctly. She enjoyed her work very much. At night, I went to the hotel restaurant on the top floor. The server, Huynh Minh Trieu, he was very nice and kind even I had many questions on the menu. I went back again the next day. It’s hot and I wanted to change the table. He moved the fan to us. Not only that, he was very considerate and adjusted the angle of the fan so that the wind would not blow to us directly. After a few minutes, he followed up and checked if we’re satisfied. Da Nang is one of my favorite getaways. The beach, nightlife and sights are wonderful. Mandila Beach Hotel did not disappoint. Great location (right off the beach), incredible staff, particularly Hannah at the front desk and Loc at the rooftop bar. Everyone is helpful. The breakfast (included) is fabulous, the rooms are spacious and cozy, and the price was right! I’ll be back…

Everything was satisfactory except the aircon coolness was not constant. The bathtub was a little too high to step into although there was a platform. This can be quite dangerous and difficult for older people going in and coming out. They might slip and hit their head. The hotel people were very courteous and helpful. Pleasant to talk too. I also wish that the hotel could have more variety of food to order in for room service.

We stayed in Mandila Beach Hotel for 3 nights. It was a fantastic experience. The hotel has great ambiance and rooms are spacious ( we stayed in family room with 2 bedrooms). Views were great. The food was very good and the staff was very helpful. They helped us in arranging tours, helped us with the food as per our requirements. Special Thanks to Thu, Hannah, Tien, Phong, Hoyen.
