I have booked 4 rooms via Goibibo and one of the room was given to us by evening as the AC is not working in hotel. Rooms are small, dirty and staff is very rude. Only advantage of nearby railway station. Not for family purpose.

Good Hotel staff, cooperative and local resident, safe for family. Hotel having good location just opposite to city railway station udaipur, easily approachable. Tariff is affordable and according to the rooms.

Worst hotel experience after travelling for many years in India. Rooms in dirty conditions with dirty sheets, toilet and bathroom. Staff very rude and unwelcoming to the point that we forfeited our payment and stayed at another hotel.

Staffs DON'T understand English, which makes communication so difficult!!! They will try to force you to accept their tour service around Udaipur. Image shown gives misconception about their hotel, which is just an old, unrenovated multiple-storey shoplot. Get ready for bad services in this hotel as well!!

Забронировала этот отель через booking По приезду мне было отказано в заселении- так как "отель только для индийцев, и не для иностранных граждан" Никаких уведомлений об этом не получала- хотя бронировала примерно дней за 20. Будьте осторожны!
