Superb place to be with friends and family. Clean Rooms, Clean Swimming Pool, Warm Service and Yummy Food. The rooms are specious with modern amenities available. Swimming Pool - very clean with kids area and a Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - Yummy, Tasty.

I was there on 26th and 27th for my anniversary and took entire package our overall experience about this hotel is very unsatisfactory. 1 . Lunch and dinner served was same Bhaji and no variations. 2. Dinner served very lately after ordering at 9 pm got it by 10 3. Owner is Rude and no willing to solve problems of guest showing unnecessary attitude. 4. As It is pet friendly Resort so 1 guest was there and owner allowed to leave there pet without belts and pets keep on Barking on my daughter while she was playing in garden, same thing complaint to owner but owner wasn't keen to help and favor the dog owner probably owner might have changed them extra but leaving a pet to roam here n there without belt is dangerous for Kids and others. 5. Next morning breakfast is free as per package but then also all item we ate was added to final bill and when I asked questions about it then they removed all unnecessary charges. 6. Hotel location is so isolate and far from Alibaug Beaches and Main road. Single Riksha wasn't available and road to hotel was also not proper and without lights it was like a nightmare while we were coming to hotel in evening time. 7. Indore game play area was on 3rd floor but railing was not there in any of windows so any accidents may get happened. There are points but these 7 point was major so i preferred to share and overall experience is Pathetic and like a nightmare and ruined my holiday.

The hotel is so much interior and the in the Toilets the flush would not work even after changing two rooms. Reception not friendly. The lake which is in front of the hotel is not fit except being a garbage dump.

Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean ..free Wi-Fi and TV. Hot and Cold Water available 24 hrs. Service is good, the staff is always available to help you whatever is possible. They have inhouse kitchen and food preparion was tasty and service was also good. You can order food from outside restorants also. It is located near Versoli lake where you can enjoy beautiful view of lotus flowers... can see many fishes in the lake.. kids can enjoy. Versoli beach is nearest to this hotel ... around 10-12 min walking. Nice place to relax away from city. cool and calm atmostphere. We stayed for 2Nights on 10 and 11 Jan, 2020. It is away from main market of Alibaug city, approx 5-7 min. drive from main city. Its not actually a resort, it is a type of hotel. on 1st floor its like a terrace where you can hv lunch/dinner or relax having Lake view. Must try once.
