The worst hotel in my entire life!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I went with my mom in her first time in Europe, we arrived late at night. An Indian person as receptionist with terrible actitud give us the key for the disguting room, full of bugs, the wall full of very old paper and please just imagine a terrible smell, but that was not the bad without any notification hotel give us a room with a shared bathroom which defenitely was not the selected and someone try to open the bathroom when my mom was there where she was on shock, when I expose the situation to the receptionist with his terrible behaviour said to me "Unafortunally I don´t have the time to attend your needs and currently the hotel it´s full" I had to leave with my mom to get medical assistance to stabilize her due to emotional damage suffered due to the situation mentioned and also make another reservation because defenitely spent one minute more time was not option, please do not fall on this trick hotel.

The hotel was: clean and cool, the staff friendly, especially Amar the receptionist he was welcoming and helpful in terms of giving us information about Milan when we asked. We had a good stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Don’t be catfished by the lobby! Recently renovated I’m sure. It looks beautiful when you first walk in. Then you go upstairs to your room and you are transported back to the 1970’s with decor that looks like the hotel in the Shining. The room has a smell (think mechanics garage) mixed with cigarette and mold and mildew from their air conditioning unit that didn’t work. The wallpaper was stained and very outdated. The walls themselves were paper thin and could hear word for word what the people next to us were saying. The shower was dirty and so small you couldn’t bend over in it. The only reason they got 1 star was the front desk agent at check in was very nice and it’s a great location (also trip advisor wouldn’t let me out zero). They definitely need to make renovations to room a top priority so it matches the look and feel of the lobby.

NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Room felt like I was in jail. FaceTimed my friends back in america the entire night because I was scared, and refused to sleep in the bed so I ended up just checking out at 3 am as I would rather sleep in the Milan airport 7 hours before my flight than stay one more minute in that disgusting room. Walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear everything everyone on the floor is saying. Indian receptionist (man) was extremely rude and inserted himself into my friend and I’s business, asking if we got in a fight. We absolutely did not get in a fight we were having a normal conversation about MTV cribs, but since he could literally hear everything in the entire hotel, he made assumptions. He said we slammed the door which also never happened. Maybe if the rooms were updated and not creaky and gross it wouldn’t have sounded like that. When I checked out he proceeded to tell me something was wrong with my friend and that he was rude. (because the receptionist had the audacity to accuse my friend of getting in a verbal argument with me in our room. Again, this literally never happened.) maybe don’t listen to everything guests are doing and don’t make assumptions about stuff that is none of your business??? I cannot believe he had the audacity to tell me this at checkout. If it was a more popular chain hotel. I would have called and spoken to management about it. I was catfished by this hotels website. The bed was cardboard. The only good thing is the location is great.

The location of the hotel was great! It’s right in the middle of the city within walking distance of everything interesting. This hotel is a good budget option. Room had a very stuffy smell, and the bed was a bit springy.
