This is an average hotel, nothing special. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the service should have been more professional and courteous. Choose this place if you have no other options nearby. The room was spacious and big. It's close to the airport.

The worst ever experience The problem started as we entered the room their were hair stuck on the pillows bed sheets etc the walls were damp. The walls were spitted and the white and yellow pillows were black We complained about it to the staff which they paid no attention to for 4 hours and more until we said that we were checking out . The tea was as sweet as sugar syrup. There was blood spilt on the bathroom floor We kept tolerating all of this and moved to explore the city and then when we came back at around 12 am The manager asked us to pay right there and we even agreed to do so understand the norms. Then the manager comes up with the price 500 more than what we booked it from booking.com . When we refused to pay the extra amount the staff harassed us and asked us to check out at around 12:30 am in the night and took half amount making wired faces and the worst ever tone you could expect from a hospitality We kept searching for hotels finally we got none and had to travel 400 kms back Feeling robbed Worst experience highly non recommend to everyone

Low class hotel with high cost, unprofessional staff and management with pathetic services. Not recommended to anyone.It was my business trip but apart from location this hotel cum service apartment had nothing. The breakfast is like giving 2 pc of half paratha or only poha or 2 pc of sandwichs. Rooms in public pictures will show high class hotel but actually it is not maintained service apartment. Many foreigner are also visiting this hotel because of good photos uploaded by hotel but the experience os them is letting India down.

Rooms and washrooms were not cleaned. Proper lightings were not available in the room. Food was ok ok. Charges are quite high as compared to the services they provide. Food service is very slow although food is nice. overall you can find better hotels in such range.

It's always nice experience and homely feel at Lime Tree Hotel Gurgaon close to Iffco metro. The entire hotel team is so helpful and welcoming. I'm regularly staying because of the exceptional hospitality. Prashant always takes care of my reservations. Mr.Dubey ji and Shubham were wonderful. In fact everyone is my favorite here. I'm going to miss staying here as this stay is my last stay with Lime Tree Hotel.
