Terrible Customer Service This review is to highlight the extremely unprofessional experience I had with the Lemon Tree Hotel, Ahmedabad, specifically Mr. Darshan Shah, Director of Sales. The Issue: I contacted the hotel directly over the phone to inquire about booking a room. We agreed on a specific rate. Upon arrival for check-in, however, the reception staff refused to honor the agreed-upon price. They kept changing the quoted rate every few minutes, making the entire process extremely frustrating. Escalation & Disrespect: When I requested to speak with a manager, I was connected to Mr. Darshan Shah. Unfortunately, his behavior was even worse. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or apologizing for the miscommunication, he displayed a rude and condescending attitude. It felt as though he believed he owned the property and I was his employee, not a paying customer. Unacceptable Practices: This entire ordeal was unacceptable. It's concerning that a Director of Sales would engage in such unprofessional behavior. It reflects poorly on the Lemon Tree Hotel brand and raises serious doubts about their commitment to customer service. Recommendation: I strongly advise potential guests to avoid the Lemon Tree Hotel, Ahmedabad, until they address these unethical practices and train their staff on proper customer service etiquette. There are many other hotels in Ahmedabad that offer a much better experience.

Stayed here at lemon tree almost for a month now and its been a amazing stay at this place the people here in restaurent in particular are amazing specially Mr. Mohib he is always at his toes for customer service Manohar chef is equally good Anas and Ankita ate very polite food is superb and spread in buffet Breakfast is awesome lovely full marks to all. Thanks to Mr. Mohib once again.

An awesome and a wonderful experience I had at your restaurant. The team was so supportive and welcoming. The dinner was nice service was exceptionally great. This was the first time I had come to dine in but now it would be one of my favourite place to come. A special and an extra thanks to Mr. Mohib and his team.
