Hotel appearance is good and clean... But, The staff response is very bad... They having swimming pool for customers.... But, Royal park hotel's management using the pool for the swimming class program... We were waiting to using the pool till 10 o clock... Room service also very lathagical and slow... Breakfast is not up to the level... We went around many 4 star and 5 star hotels... Le royal park management and service is the worst one we ever seen... Try to improve the maintenance and be polite to the customers... My rating is 2/10

Cheaters they are. They will charge unnecessarily. While check ins they have some refreshments in room but the waiter who will accompany you will not disclose this and will tell you it’s a refreshment, while checkout they will say it’s chargeable and on asking they will say it’s written in document which you sign. So if you are planning to stay at this hotel first read the document thoroughly and then check in . I can say hidden charges are there at every steps. Also the charges are more than the mrp of packaged items

Very worst hotel.They have not informed about the snaks item are chargeable and when I have checked out they charged everything.just they told you have signed on the documents so you have to pay.if you are visiting this hotel then always ready the documents they are providing.The staffs are very rude.very worst place to stay.

The stay was most satisfying and the receptionist's Mohith , Rohit and Srijana were too kind and the ambiance was truly amazing . They were very hospitable and easily approachable, we had no discomfort with the ober all stay. We truly appreciate their work .
