Dont go by the room picture shown. There is no Almirah or even hooks to hang your clothes. There is no room theater. There is no electric kettle/ tea maker. I am not confident of being given fresh bed linen . There are just two employees who work as receptionist, baggage guy, cook, waiter, helper what have you. It took us three hours to get a plate of khichri. Very limited menu options. For this great setup i paid Rs 13000/= odd. Loot. We landed at this place around 1500 hrs. after a bone-rattling journey from Gangtok. Imagine our shock when we found a dead, dingy, very unimpressive, two-storey building, with no one at the Reception. This was after we had re-confirmed our fully paid for one-night booking with some special meal arrangements with Ms. Bhawna Goorung, Operation & Sales Manager, RightClique Hospitality Pvt. Ltd, Mob: +91 9733552248 on mobile and on email. So, we trudged up and found the receptionist sleeping in one of the guest rooms on the first floor. He said he can’t help us with anything – rooms, meals, early breakfast the next day for our trip to Gurudongmar lake et al, as there was no electricity in the hotel and the hotel had no back-up! Alarmed, we called up Bhawna and found her phone switched off. Which means she knew what the real situation was and was now fobbing us off. So, we called up Makemytrip who had done this booking for us. They cancelled the booking and refunded our deposit 100% within five minutes. Fortunately, we found another good hotel nearby which had electricity back-up and which could serve us hot buffet dinner, and took a room. A total mis-click this Rightclique was!

Stayed here in Jan 2020 & was very impressed! Just loved the pine wood furnished rooms and the heating. Electricity went off for a short while but was back within no time and the room stayed warm enough because of the heaters and quilts 😊 Food was pretty awesome too!! Bhawana in operations was very sweet arranging the transport and reservations at their other hotels at Lachung and Gangtok for me. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Had a fabulous time. Excellent hospitality. Clean and neat rooms. Attentive staff. Perfect place for a family vacation. The food & beverage was nice too. Heaters provided in all rooms. Will surely visit again.

We booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip and trust me the amount we paid was for a good stay but got very basic facilities, most of Amenities mentioned were not available and it felt like we were conned. Good things: The Manager - Amazing person and very welcoming The food he arranged Rooms are good and clean Cons: They do not have a Name Sign board outside their hotel, and since its a new property no one knows about it. Luckily i had seen the images and found the place. No power back up - other hotels had that no heater (Its available but you have to pay extra) nor any fireplace which was mentioned in amenities. I didn't see any bar or lounge, Bonfire, cafe, Pub, indoor games, etc A suggestion for the hotel team try putting a cotton or a warmer blanket as it helps stay warm in cold
